RiverCity Plumbing is run by Nadav Farchi and Dustin Bradley — two Jacksonville plumbers who set out to build the kind of company they'd want working on their own homes. Combining 8+ years of Jacksonville plumbing experience between them, they cut their teeth on the failure modes that define this market: slab leaks under monolithic foundations, polybutylene fail-cascades in 1980s subdivisions, and hard-water heater attrition that runs three times faster here than in most of the country.
